Booking and Payment
All bookings are subject to availability. A deposit may be required to confirm your reservation. Full payment must be made according to the payment schedule provided at the time of booking. Prices are subject to change without notice until a booking is confirmed.
Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 7 days before the tour. 50% refund for cancellations between 3-7 days. No refund for cancellations within 3 days of departure. Esmeralda Tur reserves the right to cancel or modify tours due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund will be provided.
Responsibility
Esmeralda Tur acts as an agent for various service providers and shall not be held responsible for any loss, injury, or damage resulting from events beyond our control, including but not limited to weather conditions, political unrest, or mechanical failures.
